Q. Our hotel is always at high occupancy. Can you work under these conditions?
A. Yes, we do it all the time. Our unique process was designed to work under this exact situation. Our process allows us to complete 50 rooms per day and we work between 9am and 3pm to accommodate your peak check in and check out traffic. We work closely with your housekeeping staff in vacant ready, non-ready and occupied rooms without disrupting your guests. All rooms we enter are left ready for occupancy.

Q. What is the life expectancy of the Perma Safety Tub Non-Skid ?
A. Based on historical data, with proper care and maintenance, you can expect Perma Safety non skid to last for an average of 4 years before needing replacement.

Q. Does Perma Safety Tub offer a warranty?
A. New bathtub manufacturers warranty their non-skid surface for 1 year. At Perma Safety, our confidence in our product and service allows us to double that warranty to 2 years.

Q. Will our guests realize you have been in a room?
A. The only thing your guests might notice is a new, safer surface in their bathtub.

Q. Do you do chip repair?
A. Yes. We perform this service at the same time as our non-skid service.

Q. How many tubs do you service in a day?
A. Typically we service 50 tubs a day. If we need to remove adhesive mats or another type of coating, we are able to service 35 tubs a day. We can service 100 tubs a day for very large hotels.

Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes. We have a 2 million dollar General Liability policy and our technicians are bonded.

Q. How well do your technicians work with front desk staff?
A. They are well versed in customer relations and consistently demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in responding to the dynamic hotel environment.

Q. As General Manager I don’t have time to manage this project, can that be done?
A. Our experienced technicians and our unique process allow us to manage ourselves. Once your management team has approved the work done on the initial sample tub, our technicians work independently to complete your bathtub non skid application project, consistently meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations.

Q. Is there a legal requirement for hotel bathtubs?
A. Yes. ASTM F-462 ( American Society of Testing and Materials) requires a minimum coefficient of friction of .04 or greater. If your hotel tubs do not meet this standard your hotel has not done due diligence and creates a larger risk of a plaintiff winning a settlement if a slip and fall occurs. The Perma Safety Tub process exceeds ASTM F-462.

Q. Can your coating peel?
A. No. The coating becomes a integral part of the structure of your bathtub.
