Since 1993, Perma Safety Tub has been working with hotel management
teams from mid level limited service properties to high end
full service properties. Our customer satisfaction surveys
consistently rank our products, service and technicians as
“Outstanding” and hotels are often impressed by
how efficiently we are able to complete the tub project without
disturbing their guests.
We understand your business. We have few requirements while
at your hotel to ensure that the job goes smoothly. We do
our job so you can do yours!
Working on your rooms
Our process was designed with the capability of servicing
hotels with 90% to 100% occupancy. One highly skilled technician
is able to service 50 hotel rooms daily between the hours
of 9am and 3pm.
Our odorless product and unique process allows us to work
on consecutive rooms regardless of their status. We work in
vacant clean, vacant dirty, and stay-over rooms. We adjust
our schedule to accommodate DNDs.
Clean rooms are serviced by our technicians and left spotless
and ready for occupancy. We’re in and out without notice.
Dirty rooms have their tub/shower wall area cleaned and serviced
by us, so your housekeepers don’t have to that day.
Working around your guests
At Perma Safety we realize your guests are your #1 priority,
and therefore they are our #1 priority. Our technicians are
professional, articulate and skilled employees of Perma Safety
Tub Company. Easily identifiable, they wear a company uniform
and name badge. They are well-versed in guest relations and
understand that they not only represent our company but your
hotel as well. Though an infrequent occurrence, you can expect
any interaction with hotel guests to be professional and courteous. |
